Overview
When HeavySet Tech’s AI agent engages with a lead over SMS, the system tracks activity in the conversation. If the lead does not respond within a set amount of time, the conversation is considered inactive.
How It Works

Conversation Start
An SMS conversation begins when the AI agent sends a message to a lead.

Inactivity Threshold
If the lead does not reply within the configured threshold (default is 180 minutes), the conversation is flagged as inactive.

Notifications

Once a conversation is inactive, the system automatically generates:
An email summary of the conversation transcript.
A high-level conversation summary for quick context.
This email is sent to the notification list configured in your AI Agent settings.

You can adjust the inactivity threshold and notification recipients here:
