QR codes allow potential clients to easily access your form and fill it out on their own time. You can generate a QR code from any live form link.
- Navigate to the Appointment Form menu, open the Form expander, and click the Access Tokens menu.
- Decide which form you would like to have a QR code for, and click the icon under the Live column.
- If you haven't already whitelisted lead.heavyset.xyz to your allowed origins, a popup will appear prompting you to do so.
- Once lead.heavyset.xyz is added, a new tab will open with a live version of your form using its own unique URL.
- You will end up with a URL like https://lead.heavyset.xyz/form/01988f79-802e-702c-aab9-5f6159a0b6a0?source=Google&sourceType=Organic. Optionally, you can include a source and/or source type by adding these to the end of the URL:
- Source: ?source=[source here]
- Source Type: &sourceType=[source type here] (if you only have a source type, replace the & with a ? at the start)
- With your link live and ready for use, copy it, and find a QR code generator online, such as JustFreeQR.
- Enter the link you copied to generate a QR code.
With QR codes, your forms can be more accessible at events, in print materials, or anywhere potential leads may want to engage quickly and on-the-go.
