Creating A Sweepstakes Form

Interested in running a sweepstakes for your company? You can easily make one using HeavySet Tech by customizing a new appointment form style.

Clone Existing Form

1. Navigate to the Appointment Form menu.
2. Open the Style expander.
3. Click the View Style menu. 
4. Click the Clone Style button to make a copy of an existing form that you wish to alter.<>

Customize Your Sweepstakes Form

1. In the Style expander, click the Edit Style menu. 

   The checkboxes enabled in the screenshot below optional; however, Disclaimer First, which puts the disclaimer above the next step/continue button, can be beneficial here. 

   

2. Click the Form Text edit button.

3. Customize the text that will appear in:

   • Title 1 and Subtitle 1

   

   • Button 1, Button 2, and Disclaimer 1

   

   • Confirm Lead Body Text, Confirm Lead Body Button, and Text Below First Button

   

4. Click Okay to save your changes. 

Additional Customization Options

You can further customize your form by:

• Manually naming your form: Enter the name of your choosing in the Name textbox.
• Using the Form Colors & Style to change the UI: Click the Form Colors & Style edit button.
• Adding images: Click the Form Images edit button.

Once you're finished customizing your form, click Submit to save the changes. 

Preview Your Sweepstakes Form

Click the Preview button at the button of the page to see how your form will look.  

Continue editing your form as you see fit. Otherwise, click Submit to save your form.
