Importing HeavySet Leads and Activity into HubSpot

Overview

This article explains how to export historical leads and activity data from HeavySet and import them into HubSpot using HubSpot’s contact uploader.

What Data Is Included

Using this process, you can import:

• All leads collected through HeavySet

HubSpot will then attempt to link this HeavySet data to existing customer records based on matching contact information.

Exporting Leads from HeavySet

Step 1: Navigate to the Reports Page

Go to the HeavySet admin page for page view reports:
https://admin.heavyset.tech/reports/audits/page-views

Step 2: Remove the Date Filter

• Locate the Created At filter

• Click the X to remove it
  This ensures all historical leads and appointments are included in the export.

Step 3 (Optional): Include Exiting Traffic

• Uncheck the Hide Exiting option

  • This may increase the number of leads included

  • Note: This can introduce duplicates

HubSpot’s contact uploader can automatically handle duplicate contacts during import.

Step 4: Export the Data

• Click the Export button

• Save the exported file locally

This file contains all available HeavySet leads and related activity data.

Importing into HubSpot

Use HubSpot’s Contact Import tool to upload the exported file:

During the import:

• Map HeavySet fields to the appropriate HubSpot contact properties

• Allow HubSpot to deduplicate records and associate data with existing contacts
