Understanding Audit Table View Types in HeavySet Tech Reporting

Overview

The View Type setting in the HeavySet Audit Table controls what activity is displayed in reports. Each view type focuses on a different stage of the funnel, such as form traffic, partial submissions, leads, or appointments.

Switching view types allows you to review specific activity without changing the underlying data.

Accessing the Audit Table

1. Log in to the HeavySet admin panel

2. Navigate to Audit → Reports → Audit Table

Select a View Type to filter the records shown.

View Types

Form Views

Shows every time a HeavySet form is loaded.

Use this view to measure form traffic and top-of-funnel activity.

Abandoned Emails

Shows visitors who:

• Started filling out the form

• Entered an email address

• Did not submit the form

Use this view to identify partial submissions and drop-offs.

Leads

Shows all lead submissions.

Use this view to review lead activity.

Appointments

Shows all submitted appointments.

Use this view to review appointment activity.

Leads / Appointments

Combines the Leads and Appointments views into a single timeline.

Use this view to review the full funnel from lead to appointment.

Tips

Hide Existing Toggle

The Hide Existing toggle controls whether duplicate or returning leads appear in the report.

• On (default): hides duplicate or existing leads

• Off: shows duplicate or returning leads in the results
