Overview
The Limited AI Confirms option allows you to control which appointments the AI agent sends confirmation messages for. When enabled, the AI agent will only send confirmations for appointments that were created via HeavySet Tech forms or API integrations.
This is useful for companies where appointments created over the phone by a CSR are already confirmed at the time of scheduling, so no follow-up confirmation is needed. Only appointments created through forms or AI require confirmation follow-ups.
How It Works
Form- or AI-created appointments: The AI agent automatically sends confirmation messages.
Phone-booked appointments (CSR-created): No confirmation messages are sent, since these appointments are already confirmed during scheduling.
How to Enable
Go to the AI Agent configuration page: https://admin.heavyset.tech/marketing/ai-agent/config
Check the box labeled Limited AI Confirms.
Click Submit to save your changes.
Tip: Hover over the question mark icon next to the option to see a brief description of its behavior.
Additional Notes
The setting is saved with your configuration updates and remains active until manually changed.
