A common cause is that the lead’s ZIP code is not present in the list of supported ZIP codes uploaded to HeavySet Tech.
Symptoms
- An email or in-app notification stating “Time Slots Not Found for the following lead…”
- A new lead’s ZIP code not being recognized within HeavySet Tech’s scheduling system.
- The inability to schedule an appointment for a lead in a specific geographic area.
Root Cause
The lead’s ZIP code is missing from (or not correctly included in) your organization’s supported ZIP code list in HeavySet Tech.

Verify Your ZIP Code List
- Log in to your HeavySet Tech admin portal.
- Navigate to Organizations → Edit
- Download the Current List
- Click Download (if available) to review the current list of supported ZIP codes.

- Add the Missing ZIP Code(s)
- Open the downloaded file.

Insert any new ZIP code(s) (for example, the missing ZIP code) into the list.
Upload the Updated List
- Return to the Organizations → Edit section.

Select Upload to replace the old list with the new, updated list.
- Once uploaded, verify that leads from the newly added ZIP code(s) can now be scheduled for an appointment.
