If you've submitted a lead through the HeavySet Tech form and received the following message:

"We're currently unable to process your request online. Please call us directly to schedule your appointment. Our team is here to assist you!"

This guide will help you understand why this happens and how to resolve it quickly.

Why Am I Seeing This Message?

improveit360 performs validation checks on lead data to maintain the integrity of your CRM. This message isn't indicating a defect but is part of a feature designed to prevent duplicate or invalid entries. Here are the main reasons why you're seeing this message instead of being able to schedule an appointment immediately:

1. Duplicate Information: If the lead's name, address, or phone number matches an existing prospect in improveit360, the system won't automatically promote the lead to a prospect. This prevents duplicate records and ensures data accuracy.
2. Unsupported Zip Code: If the zip code entered is outside your designated service area, improveit360 won't provide available appointment slots.

Requirements for Automatic Appointment Scheduling

To successfully create a new lead and schedule an appointment via the HeavySet Tech form, ensure the following:

1. Unique Email Address: The email must not already exist in the system. Use the word test in your email address so it's not tracked by billing.
2. Unique First and Last Name: Use a name not currently in your prospect database.
3. Unique Address: The physical address should be new to the system.
4. Valid Phone Number: Provide a new and valid phone number.
5. Supported Zip Code: Enter a zip code within your service area.

What If a Lead Doesn't Meet These Requirements?

No worries—the lead is still captured as an eLead, and you'll receive an email notification. Here's how to proceed:

1. Log into improveit360: Access your account to manage leads.
2. Locate the eLead: Find the new eLead that didn't automatically convert.
3. Manually Promote the eLead: Click the Convert button to turn the eLead into a prospect.

4. Schedule the Appointment: Once converted, you can manually schedule the appointment.
