Control who receives specific system warning emails instead of sending them to all admins.
By default, warning emails (such as “slot not found” errors) are sent to all admins. You can override this behavior using Custom Warning Email Recipients, allowing you to send these emails only to specific users or teams. This helps route errors to the right people and reduce unnecessary notifications.
How It Works
Warning emails are triggered by system issues (e.g., scheduling errors)
Instead of notifying all admins, you can define a custom recipient list
Only the selected users will receive these warning emails
Setup
Go to:
Organizations → Edit Organization
Find:
Custom Warning Email Recipients
Add the email addresses of users who should receive warning emails
Save your changes
