When no time slots are found or if a zip code isn't supported, a popup with a default error message will appear. If you would like those messages to say something else, you have the option to customize them.

Click on "Edit Page Text":
In the Appointment Page Edit Style section, locate and click the "Edit page text" button to modify the form's content.

Add Your Custom Message:
The last 2 textboxes (Time Slots Not Found Message and Zip Code Not Supported Message) allow you to add a custom message for when no time slots are found or if a zip code isn't supported. Your company's phone number will be added automatically to the end of the popup.
Click "Okay" to confirm the changes.

Save Your Changes:
If you are happy with the results, click "Submit" to save all your changes.
