Convert Face-to-Face Leads into Appointments Easily with HeavySet Tech and improveit360

With the improveit360 Classic/Enterprise CRM, you can tailor your HeavySet Tech form for on-the-go lead capture at events—whether it’s home shows, trade shows, or door-to-door canvassing. To get started, navigate to the APPOINTMENT FORM menu, expand the Style expander, and click the Edit Style menu item. This takes you directly to https://admin.heavyset.tech/settings/appointment-page/style/edit, where you can modify an existing style or create a new one specifically suited for your events.

Staff

The "Staff" checkbox activates the staff page feature. Once enabled, a dropdown menu populated with staff names appears. As you begin typing in the staff selector, the system dynamically searches for and filters the list by name, making it quick and simple to locate the correct employee. The selected staff member is then automatically recorded as the taker in the lead source and set as the appointment setter.

Email Optional

The "Email Optional" checkbox allows you to save a lead to any CRM without needing an Email address. HeavySet Tech will save a unique throwaway Email with the lead based on the lead's name and phone number.

Click the button to provide a lead's phone number or use an email and enter the phone number on the next page with the address. 

To switch back to entering an Email address, click the button. 

Address Auto-Complete

The "Address Auto-Complete" checkbox assists entering a lead's address by providing a dynamic list of potential matching addresses as you type. As address suggestions appear below the input box, you can simply select the correct address from the list. Additionally, if none of the suggestions match the desired address, you can choose the "Enter address manually..." option, allowing you to input the address precisely as needed.

Once an address is selected, the zip code will automatically be added. 

Details

The "Details" checkbox will enable the details page, which will display a textbox to enter project details before confirming an appointment. The text entered will be saved to the prospect and appointment in improveit360.

Lead Data Saved

The "Lead Data Saved" checkbox will display a prompt to assure the setter that the lead has been saved before continuing to the calendar.
