Capitalizing on the Single Step Form for Events

At events, using the single step version of your form will allow you to capture lead information more quickly and easily, reducing wait times and increasing the volume of leads collected. You can tailor your form by enabling different options. 

Email Optional

If you enable the Email Optional checkbox, a lead won't have to provide their email address (a valid placeholder email generated by HeavySet Tech will be added to the contact record), but providing their phone number is still necessary. 

Compact Inputs

If the form is too long for your liking, you may enable the Compact Inputs checkbox to remove the labels for the input boxes and instead use placeholder text. 

Input Icons

If you have Compact Inputs enabled, you can also enable Input Icons to add icons next to the placeholders inside the input boxes for style and easy reading at a glance. 

Product Options

A dropdown is the default selection option for a choosing a product or products. 

If multiselect is not enabled, simply pick one of the options from the dropdown.

If multiselect is enabled, a list will appear below the dropdown of all selected products. You have the ability to remove any products by clicking the button next to a product. 

If you enable the Product Radio Buttons checkbox, you can change the product selection to:

• Radio buttons (if multiselect is not enabled)

• Checkboxes (if multiselect is enabled). 

Screenshot-Friendly

If your event location experiences unreliable or intermittent internet connectivity, the single-step form layout allows you to easily capture screenshots of the full lead information entered in the form. This ensures data collection continues smoothly, even offline.

This ensures they are recognized as unique contacts without disrupting your existing processes.
