Lead Only Mode for Appointment Form

Lead Only Mode disables appointment scheduling entirely and captures all submissions as leads.

When enabled, the form will not offer any scheduling step; every submission is saved as a lead.

This is useful when you want to collect inquiries or requests without allowing customers to book appointments online.

Optional: Lead Only Form Search Words

You can define Lead Only Form Search Words as a comma-separated list of keywords used to control when the lead only form appears. Only applies if you want lead only mode to appear only for certain sources

• The form will only show for sources containing those keywords

• Matching is case-insensitive

How to Configure Lead Only Mode

When enabled, the form will collect lead information without scheduling an appointment.

1. Go to Appointment Form.

2. Open the Style section.

3. Click Edit Style.

4. Select the form you want to configure.

5. Enable the Lead Only Form checkbox.

Where Lead Only Responses Appear

Lead-only submissions appear in:

• Lead records

• Audit logs

Responses indicate which option triggered Lead Only Mode.
