What is the LIVE Link?

Each row on your Access Tokens page now includes a new column labeled LIVE. The LIVE column contains unique, real-time URLs for each form (appointment page), formatted as:

https://lead.heavyset.xyz/form/<UUID>

Similar to sharing a read-only Google Doc, the LIVE link allows anyone with the URL to immediately view and interact with the actual HeavySet Tech scheduling form. When completed, these forms directly create appointments and sync data in real-time with your CRM or calendars (like Outlook or Google Calendar).

How to Access and Use Your LIVE Link

Follow these steps to preview and utilize your HeavySet Tech form via the LIVE link:

Step 1: Navigate to Access Tokens

Log into your HeavySet Tech admin portal.
Go to Settings > Appointment Page > Access Tokens.
Locate the table listing your created forms and their tokens.

Step 2: Locate Your LIVE Link

Find the specific row for your desired form.
Identify the column labeled LIVE.
Each form has its own unique LIVE URL link in this column (e.g., https://lead.heavyset.xyz/form/123e4567-e89b-12d3-a456-426614174000).

Step 3: Whitelist the Domain (Important)

Before using your LIVE link, ensure you've added lead.heavyset.xyz to the ORIGIN whitelist:

On the same Access Tokens table, locate the ORIGIN column.
If your ORIGIN currently lists another domain (like your website), simply add lead.heavyset.xyz after a comma (no spaces):

www.example.com,lead.heavyset.xyz

This step allows the form to securely display via the HeavySet Tech preview domain.

Step 4: Test the LIVE Link

Open the LIVE URL directly in a browser tab on any device (tablet, smartphone, laptop).
Confirm the form loads correctly, displays real-time availability, and can successfully submit test data.
Remember: submissions made through this link will create real appointments in your CRM, so use test data carefully if you're just reviewing the form.

If your LIVE link returns a blank or "Not Found" error:

Double-check that the ORIGIN includes lead.heavyset.xyz (no spaces).
After updating, refresh the page or clear your browser cache.
