Some customers prefer to send their HeavySet Tech form submissions not only to their CRM, but also to CallRail.
Why?
Call attribution: CallRail ties phone calls and form fills together in one reporting system, making it easier to track the full lead journey.
Marketing source tracking: If you’re already using CallRail for call tracking, having form data there too gives you a single place to view all leads (calls + forms).
Agency reporting: Agencies that manage multiple businesses in CallRail often want both calls and forms from each client feeding into the same reporting dashboards.
If you don’t use CallRail’s reporting or attribution features, you can skip this step—your CRM will already have the lead. But if you rely on CallRail for marketing analysis, this integration can be helpful.
How to Configure CallRail Integration
Log in to your HeavySet Tech admin panel.
Go to CRM Settings.
Under Secondary Integration Settings, click the CallRail icon.
Enter your CallRail API Key.
Wait a few seconds—HeavySet Tech will pull in your CallRail account details.
Select the Parent Company / Agency Account.

Choose the Company within that account that matches your HeavySet Tech organization.
Note: A CallRail agency account can contain multiple companies. Make sure you pick the correct one.
Click Okay.
Click Save.
That’s it! 🎉
What Happens Next
Once configured:
Any lead submitted through a HeavySet Tech form will be sent to both your CRM and CallRail.
If you’re using our Zapier integration to create leads, those leads will also flow into CallRail.
This ensures your CallRail reporting stays complete and aligned with your marketing campaigns.
