Overview
Connecting HeavySet Tech to Convertros is simple. Convertros uses live agents to qualify leads and book appointments, and HeavySet Tech strengthens that workflow with automated SMS and email follow-up plus an agent-friendly booking experience. When a lead enters your CRM, HeavySet Tech forwards the lead details to Convertros and provides a dedicated Call Center Mode form link that agents can use during the call. The form opens pre-filled with the lead’s information so agents can capture answers, update lead details, check real-time availability, and book an appointment that’s saved back to your CRM.
What You'll Need
From Convertros
- Convertros Lead URL - The endpoint where HeavySet Tech forwards leads
- Client Company ID - Your company identifier in Convertros
- CRM ID - Your CRM identifier for Convertros to save appointments back
From HeavySet Tech
- API Token ID - Contact the HeavySet Tech team to get the correct token (see Call Center Mode guide)
Configuration Steps
Step 1: Access CRM Configuration
- Log into https://admin.heavyset.tech
- Navigate to CRM → Edit Config
- Select your organization and CRM configuration
Step 2: Open Convertros Settings
- Scroll to Secondary Integration Settings
- Click the Convertros button (circular icon with exchange arrows)
Step 3: Configure Convertros
- Toggle Enable Convertros Integration to On
- Enter the information provided by Convertros:
- Convertros Lead URL - Where leads will be forwarded
- Convertros Client Company - Your company identifier
- API Token ID - From HeavySet Tech team
- CRM ID - Allows Convertros to save appointments back to your CRM

- Click Okay
Step 4: Save
Click Save at the bottom of the page.
How It Works
- Lead enters your CRM (via HeavySet Tech form or other sources)
- HeavySet Tech forwards the lead to Convertros with complete contact and context information
- Convertros reps contact and qualify the lead
- Appointments are saved back to your CRM by Convertros when leads are qualified
Troubleshooting
Convertros isn't receiving leads:
- Verify the toggle is enabled
- Check that the Convertros Lead URL is correct (no typos, includes
https://) - Confirm Client Company ID and CRM ID are accurate
- Contact your Convertros account manager to check their logs
Convertros can't save appointments back:
- Contact HeavySet Tech support to verify integration
