Overview
When integrating LeadPerfection with HeavySet Tech’s appointment scheduling system, slot times must be explicitly configured. This is because the LeadPerfection API does not return specific appointment times when querying availability by ZIP code.
To ensure HeavySet Tech forms display the correct appointment options, you’ll need to define the slot times manually in the configuration page.
Configuration Steps
1. Navigate to the Slot Time Configuration Page
Go to the configuration page in the LeadPerfection integration section within your HeavySet Tech dashboard.
This page allows you to define appointment time slots that correspond to your LeadPerfection setup.
2. Set Standard Slot Times
You’ll see labeled fields for each slot:

| Slot 3 (E) | Evening appointment time | ✅ Required |

| Slot 6 | Optional extra slot 3 | Optional |
Enter the corresponding appointment times that match the LeadPerfection configuration.
For example:
Slot 1 (M): 9:00 AM
Slot 2 (A): 1:00 PM
Slot 3 (E): 5:00 PM
If your organization uses additional time slots, fill in Slot 4–6 as needed.
3. Save Your Configuration
After entering the slot times, click Submit to save your configuration.
Once saved, these times will be used automatically by all HeavySet Tech forms that connect to LeadPerfection for appointment booking.
How It Works
After configuration:
HeavySet Tech will continue to retrieve availability data from LeadPerfection via ZIP queries.
Since LeadPerfection doesn’t include time details, HeavySet Tech uses the times defined in your configuration.
This ensures that appointment options presented to users match the LeadPerfection schedule.
Example
If your LeadPerfection account uses:
Morning: 9:00 AM
Afternoon: 1:00 PM
Evening: 5:00 PM
You’ll configure:
Slot 1 (M): 9:00 AM
Slot 2 (A): 1:00 PM
Slot 3 (E): 5:00 PM
Optionally:
Slot 4: 7:00 PM
After saving, all appointment booking forms in HeavySet Tech will display these times for available appointments.
