Accessing Schedule Settings
Navigation Path:
- Log in to HeavySet Tech at https://admin.heavyset.tech
- From the main menu, navigate to: CRM SETTINGS → Lead Perfection → Settings
- You will arrive at:
https://admin.heavyset.tech/lead-perfection/settings/schedule
Requirements:
- Admin permission in HeavySet Tech
- A configured LeadPerfection CRM integration
Overview
LeadPerfection schedule settings allow you to customize the time slots displayed to customers when booking appointments. You can set default time slots that apply to all days, or configure specific time slots for individual days of the week.
How It Works
These time slot settings work in conjunction with LeadPerfection's schedule configuration based on zip code.
- LeadPerfection: Determines which days are available based on the customer's zip code and your territory/schedule setup in LeadPerfection
- HeavySet: Defines the specific time slots available for those days
Example: If LeadPerfection says Tuesday is available for a zip code, HeavySet will display the time slots you've configured for Tuesday (either default or day-specific overrides).
Default Time Slots
Available Slots
LeadPerfection supports up to 6 time slots per day:
- Slot 1 (M) - Morning slot (default: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM in LeadPerfection)
- Slot 2 (A) - Afternoon slot (default: 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM in LeadPerfection)
- Slot 3 (E) - Evening slot (default: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM in LeadPerfection)
- Slot 4-6 - Optional additional slots (not enabled by default in LeadPerfection)
Setting Default Slots
- Navigate to the LeadPerfection Settings page
- Select your CRM configuration
- Under Default Time Slots, configure the start and end times for each slot you want to use
- Leave slots blank if you don't want them available
- Click Submit to save
These default slots will apply to all days unless you enable day-specific overrides.
Day-Specific Time Slot Overrides
When to Use
Use day-specific overrides when you need different availability on certain days. Common scenarios:
- Weekends: Offer different or fewer time slots on Saturday/Sunday
- Short Fridays: End appointments earlier on Fridays
- Busy Days: Add extra slots on typically high-demand days
- No Availability: Leave all slots empty for days you don't schedule appointments
How to Configure

Enable the Feature
- Toggle Enable Day-Specific Time Slots to "On"

Select a Day
- Click the day button you want to configure (Monday, Tuesday, etc.)

Configure Time Slots
- Set the start and end times for each slot you want available
- Leave slots blank that you don't want to offer

Copy to Other Days (Optional)
- Use the "Copy to..." button to duplicate settings to other days
- Select the target day from the dropdown menu

Clear a Day
- Use the "Clear" button to remove all time slots for that day

Save
- Click Submit to save all changes
⚠️ Important Notes
Override Behavior
Day-specific slots completely replace default slots - they don't merge or add to them.
Example:
- Default slots: Slot 1 (9-11 AM), Slot 2 (12-2 PM), Slot 3 (4-6 PM)
- You configure Monday with only: Slot 1 (10-12 PM)
- Result: Monday will ONLY show Slot 1 (10-12 PM), not all three slots
Best Practice: When overriding a day, configure all the slots you want available for that day.
Empty Slots
Any slot left empty (no start/end time) will not be available for booking on that day.
Example Configurations
Example 1: Standard Monday-Friday, Limited Weekends
- Monday-Friday (Default): All 3 slots (9-11 AM, 12-2 PM, 4-6 PM)
- Saturday (Override): Only Slot 1 (10 AM-12 PM)
- Sunday (Override): No slots (leave all blank)
Example 2: Early Closure Fridays
- Monday-Thursday (Default): All 3 slots
- Friday (Override): Slot 1 (9-11 AM), Slot 2 (12-2 PM) only
Example 3: Weekend Hours Different
- Monday-Friday (Default): Slots 1-3
- Saturday (Override): Slot 1 (10 AM-1 PM), Slot 2 (2-5 PM)
- Sunday (Override): Slot 1 (12-3 PM) only
Tips
- Test Your Configuration: After saving, test booking an appointment to verify slots appear as expected
- Use Copy Feature: Configure one day perfectly, then use "Copy to..." for similar days
- Business Hours: If you have business hours configured elsewhere, only days the business is open will count
- Clear Before Reconfiguring: Use the "Clear" button to start fresh if you're unsure about current settings
