HeavySet Tech integrates with several SMS providers to enable text-based automations, AI conversations, and lead engagement. After you choose a provider, you will:

Complete phone number approval directly with your SMS provider
Configure the provider inside HeavySet Tech
Enable SMS-based automations and AI messaging

Note on Notifications
HeavySet Tech can also send email notifications for key lead events, including:

A lead sends a message without an AI response
An AI conversation completes
An AI conversation stalls

Email notifications are optional and can be enabled or disabled based on your team’s preferences.
