- Complete phone number approval directly with your SMS provider
- Configure the provider inside HeavySet Tech
- Enable SMS-based automations and AI messaging
Note on Notifications
HeavySet Tech can also send email notifications for key lead events, including:
- A lead sends a message without an AI response
- An AI conversation completes
- An AI conversation stalls
Email notifications are optional and can be enabled or disabled based on your team’s preferences.
